Something you may not have known.

A lot of people don't know this about me but I usually put may race suit on not long after I get my car unloaded in the pits at the track. Unlike most performers I have know I don't disguise myself or hide in the shadows to say peeking out at fans wondering if they will catch a glimpse of me.

I actually like to walk out and check out the track then I head up to the Grassy area between the pit entrance gate and the G section of the grandstands. There is a fence that allows no access to this area until after the races are over.

I purposely come up there in hopes you will come over an talk with me, ask me questions like why are there business names on the race car or maybe sayings, also maybe at that time I can sign autographs or we can take pictures.

Not many racers I know or that I have seen do this, So now I am sure at this point your going that it cool but yet why? This is my way of connecting to everything for that nights race from the track, atmosphere to you the fans. It grounds and reminds me of why I am there and why I am doing this every Saturday. I am there because of each and everyone of you and my sponsors are a large part of getting me there and helping me keep going through the season.

So next time you see me you will know and understand why I am up there and I would hope you will come over so we can get to know one another.
